Inland Valley Daily Bulletin Subscription Deal Terms

Home delivery discount offer is available for non-subscribers only, must not have been a subscriber within the last 30 days. Former subscribers with a balance owed on the account will have the payment applied to the balance owed first. The remaining payment, if any, will be applied towards the new subscription and the term may be shortened. Delivery and billing will continue beyond the introductory period, unless you notify us otherwise. If you reside in a secure complex where no access is allowed for delivery, your paper will be delivered to the mailbox area or over the entrance gate. Your subscription includes e-Edition, unlimited website access, and our mobile and tablet apps. All introductory discounts automatically renew to standard rate as applicable unless otherwise notified. All home delivery subscriptions will include the Thanksgiving edition, which will be charged at an additional $5.95. In addition, all home delivery subscriptions will include no more than seven (7) other Special Editions annually, which will be charged to the subscriber’s account at $5.95 each. To opt-out of all Special Editions, including Thanksgiving, please contact Subscriber Services. If you do not opt-out, this will result in shortening the length of your BILLING TERM. A portion of your subscription price is allocated to digital online content. Digital online content is not subject to California sales tax. The sale of printed newspapers is subject to sales tax per CAL. Code Regs, tit. 18 section (1590 (b)(1). You must cancel before the end of your Billing Term in order to avoid charges to your subscription. No unused portion of Billing Term will be refunded. No credit is offered for vacation service interruptions. Future prices are subject to change. By accepting terms and conditions of this subscription, you are giving Southern California News Group and its partners the right to contact you via telephone, mail, e-mail, fax, text and/or recorded message regarding your subscription. To ensure the highest quality of service, your subscription will be verified and service may be interrupted if we cannot contact you. Questions about this offer? Please call Subscriber Services.

Arbitration: While most subscriber issues are corrected quickly with a simple call to subscriber services, there are occasions where disputes are not immediately resolved. To remedy this, we have joined cable companies, cellular providers and others in instituting an arbitration program. This simply means that if a consumer files a claim, arbitration allows a prompt resolution to the dispute without requiring either party to invest the time and expense of a lawsuit in court. As a subscriber, participation in the arbitration program is automatic. Details of this program can be found on http://local.digitalfirstmedia.com/common/dfm/arbitration.pdf. If you have questions regarding these policies, please call subscriber services.
