During the “grace period”, the rate will be as stated in your renewal notice, which could be higher than the rate that was previously paid. Any past due balance may be deducted prior to the subscription starting. Your Subscription fee may change following any Subscription Period. You will receive notification of any Subscription fee changes, and may cancel your Subscription at any time by calling (888) 848-4637 or by accessing your Sun-Times online account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription terms and all subscription payments are non-refundable. Duplicate payments are non-refundable; instead, the extra amount will be applied as a credit to extend your subscription/service term. All temporary or permanent vacation subscription stops will not receive credit for the printed days not delivered since subscribers will still have access to the Sun-Times E-Paper. Subscribers who renew or subscribe prior to July 1, 2026, will be charged an extra $3 for premium editions (up to 11 per year) published during their billing cycle. This fee is deducted from your prepayments, which will shorten your subscription term. Subscribers who renew or subscribe after July 1, 2026, will have a $3 premium edition fee included in their subscription payment (up to 11 premium editions annually). This charge is already included in your pre-payment for the term you selected. Subscribers cannot opt out of premium editions.
